We ship via Fedex, Monday-Friday. Signature confirmation optional at checkout. Please note, once Fedex receives package, KM Atelier is no longer liable for items missing or damaged. However, we understand things happen, and will do our best to work with you if there is an issue within the mailing process.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our handmade items, and most items being made to order, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer full store credit. We want you to love your item and if for whatever reason you do not, please contact us!
